Required: Alaska RN license on hire, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS. Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) and a year of nursing experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• On hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
• On hire: BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 1 year: PVMC Med Surg Core Course (Trauma)
• Within 1 year: PVMC Med Surg Core Course (Pediatric)
• ACLS - American Heart Association on hire
• PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days
• NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months
• 1 year of nursing experience.

• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• 1 year of Nursing experience.
