Job summary

• Communicates patient information to physicians and team members to improve outcomes.
• Delegates as appropriate while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Maintains infection prevention and safe patient handling to ensure patient safety.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments to monitor patient status and safety.
