Vanderbilt Health in Nashville seeks a Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process to plan and implement patient care on a fast-paced post‑surgical unit. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the health‑care team to set goals and ensure safe outcomes.

The role requires at least one year of RN experience, a nursing degree, and TN license or compact license within 60 days of assignment. Shifts are three 12‑hour nights, 36 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in establishing the plan of care and coordinate delivery across the continuum.
• Analyze patient information to determine nursing diagnoses and plan interventions.
