This role oversees Clinical OLN Course offerings, managing, updating, and organizing content in OLN to ensure proper maintenance. It coordinates logistics for corporate training, including physical space and setup, collaborates with Business Partners to align training programs with business needs, and maintains reporting, audits, and ad-hoc reports as needed.
Education: RN Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required); BSN (Preferred)
Work Experience: 5 years in operations, including 1 year in an administrative role or 3 years hospital-based experience (Required); experience in training/events, eLearning, course development, instructional design, and proficiency in Health Stream, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia (Preferred)
Certifications: Current State of Louisiana Registered Nurse License (Required)
