Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is a state-of-the-art 820,000-square-foot facility with 365 beds, a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit, and a team of over 1,200 employees committed to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Educator will plan, organize, develop, and implement educational programs for nursing staff, fostering professional growth and development among licensed and unlicensed personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Valid NJ RN license
• 1-3+ years hospital RN experience, including leadership, facilitation, and education roles
• CEN certification required
• Experience developing and facilitating nursing education programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience with learning management systems preferred
