Prosperity Training Center is expanding its Online program into Great Falls, Montana. We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an RN Instructor and CNA Testing Evaluator for our Montana Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP).

This unique opportunity combines teaching, mentorship, and workforce development. The ideal candidate enjoys educating future healthcare professionals and helping maintain the integrity of the CNA certification process.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• At least one year of experience in a Long Term Facility.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Teach CNA students in classroom and clinical settings.
• Deliver approved curriculum to students.
• Demonstrate and evaluate CNA skills.
• Supervise students during clinical training.
• Monitor student progress and provide coaching.
