Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver fundamental nursing care and develop technical competencies.
• Assess plans, implement care, and evaluate outcomes for residents.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications and procedures per policies.
• Lead documentation and patient education to support self-management.
• Support care delivery in alignment with VA nurse standards.
