Job summary

Summit Orthopedics is seeking an RN for Staff Development, Education and Credentialing Oversight. The role focuses on developing and evaluating education programs, overseeing orientation, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations across multiple Summit Campuses.

You will manage the Learning Management System, collaborate with nursing leadership, and support credentialing and privileging processes to maintain high standards of patient safety and staff competency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing required; perioperative nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and oversee in-service and annual required education to support best practices and patient safety.
• Manage staff education compliance, including tracking competencies and required training.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to support employee education and compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to promote accountability for ongoing learning.
• Assist in credentialing and privileging processes and maintaining practitioner files.
• Support enforcement of Professional Staff Bylaws and regulatory requirements.
