Role Overview
Location: UCHealth Estes Valley Medical Center, Estes Park, CO.
Department: EVMC Emergency Dept.
Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
Shift: Nights.
Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour (dependent on experience). Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 per year) to full‑time night shift RNs.
Housing: Limited temporary housing for on‑duty/on‑call employees. Must be reserved in advance; availability not guaranteed. Property use agreement must be signed.
This is an onsite role; no hybrid or remote option is available.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if <3 years' experience.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of RN experience.
- ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire; CPI, TNCC/ATCN, and ENPC within 1 year.
- Required certifications: ACLS, Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses, Crisis Prevention Intervention, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, PALS, Trauma Nurse Core Course, BLS (or CPR card good through 60 days of hire).
