Job summary

Jobtailor in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate inpatient care. You will provide direct patient care in a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise nursing activities within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires NH RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience. You will collaborate with patients and families, document progress, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and RN licensure in NH.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for population-specific inpatient patients, from simple to complex cases with multisystem issues.
• Provide direct patient care in a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Apply purposeful, organized thinking to make clinical judgments and decisions.
• Gather patient histories and perform physical assessments; interpret data to plan and implement interventions.
• Develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans and nursing actions.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
• Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• Refer to the department-specific mandatory certification, competency, education/training nursing policy
• One year prior clinical nursing experience
• Evidence of working effectively and positively with patients, care providers, and the multidisciplinary team
• Evidence of ability to perform as a member of a team
• Ability to meet the stated physical demands and work-environment requirements, including medium material handling and exposure to pathogens, bodily fluids, and hazardous substances
