Mercy Washington, MO is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join a 26-bed ED serving adult and pediatric patients. You will triage, stabilize, and treat high-acuity cases in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, weekend differentials, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within Mercy.

Competenze

• Current RN license in Missouri or Compact state.
• Emergency Department, Critical Care, ICU, Trauma, or Acute Care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Qualifications

Current RN License (Missouri or Compact License)

Previous Emergency Department, Critical Care, ICU, Trauma, or Acute Care Nursing Experience

Strong Assessment, Triage, and Critical Thinking Skills

Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Emergency Environment

Ability to Lift, Push, and Pull Up to 50 Pounds

Certifications

BLS within 30 Days of Hire

ACLS Required

Additional Unit-Specific Certifications Required

PALS, TNCC, and CEN Certifications Valued
