Job summary

UCHealth invites applications for an on-site Registered Nurse in the Anschutz/UCH Anschutz Pavilion area in Aurora. The role is a Nights shift in the UCHlth Enterprise Float Pool with pay $35.29–$54.71 per hour, depending on experience.

Requires RN licensure, 6 months RN experience, and key certifications within 6 months of hire. Stresses direct patient care using the nursing process, teamwork across disciplines, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
• 6 months of RN experience.
• Current BLS and advanced certifications within 6 months of hire.
• PALS and NIHSS within 6 months of hire; TNCC/ATCN within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice at the point of care.
• Precept new staff and learners during orientation.
