Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in the Metro Float Pool. The role is onsite with a $1,600 quarterly night shift incentive and competitive hourly pay, dependent on experience.

Schedule is 72 hours per pay period, 2 weeks, with a focus on direct patient care using the nursing process. Minimum requirements include RN licensure, a valid nursing degree, and certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC/ATCN, with ongoing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 6 months of RN experience.
• PALS and NIHSS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC or ATCN within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• BLS CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff in a fast-paced environment.
