Job summary
Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights, part of the Cleveland Clinic Healthcare System, seeks an experienced RN for direct patient care. You will implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate discharge needs in a fast-paced setting.
The ideal candidate has ADN/BSN, active RN license, and ACLS/BLS; ENPC and PALS are required/on hire. Evening shifts 3:00 p.m.–3:30 a.m. with alternating weekends and holidays offer strong benefits and growth.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state.
- One year of acute care RN experience or military RN experience.
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
- ACLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
- ENPC within hire or 24 months in ED.
- PALS within one year of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Evaluate and revise plan of care for outcomes.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate discharge needs.
- Educate patients and families with culturally appropriate materials.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocol.
