Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ED admission holds at TMC during night shift. You will collaborate with physicians and the health care team to deliver professional nursing care, perform assessments, and educate patients while maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications include Texas RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN preferred, with RN levels based on experience. Expect a fast-paced environment focused on safe, compassionate, and efficient care delivery

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing, Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
• Current State of Texas license to practice nursing, BLS; additional certifications may be required.
• RN I–IV levels correspond to experience; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinates nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Supports discharge and transfer planning and documents in medical records.
• Participates in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensures care aligns with regulatory standards and Memorial Hermann policies.
