Job summary

Touchstone Communities seeks an RN Supervisor to lead weekend shifts at The Heights at Medical Center, San Antonio, TX. You will supervise care delivery, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality post-acute outcomes during Saturday and Sunday 6 a.m.–10 p.m. shifts.

Texas RN license or Compact Party State license is required, with 2+ years in long-term care, strong leadership, and teamwork. Competitive pay and growth in a supportive team.

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 6 a.m,-10 p.m.

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for leadership and quality care? We’re looking for an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team and help drive exceptional patient outcomes in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You Bring to the Team:

Current and valid Texas RN license OR RN license from a Compact Party State.
At least 2 years of long-term care experience.
