Job summary

The Heights of Bulverde, part of Touchstone Communities, is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead care teams and guide clinical excellence during the night shift.

You will support residents as whole persons, build trust with families, and foster a culture of compassion, integrity and teamwork. This role offers meaningful, faith-aligned service in a skilled nursing setting.
