Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN).
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience in memory care/assisted living.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct the delivery of all resident care in the department.
• Supervise and develop department staff; lead by example.
• Serve as a member of the organization's management team.
• Develop strategic planning and quality assurance initiatives for resident care.
