We need anexperienced Director of Nursingto join our team at Heritagespring Skilled Nursing and RehabilitationinWest Chester,OH.

$100,000 to $130,000 Per Year

To qualify for this position, youMUSThaveNursing Experiencein aNursing Home Setting.

You will report to the facility Administrator and will be responsible forplanning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Department.

Duties will includeproviding leadershipto nursing staff,directing programsand services in alignment with organizational goals,participating in fiscal operations,establishing quality goalsanddeveloping a comprehensive plan of care.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Directing the daily nursing operation to ensure the delivery of excellent care, customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Analyzing trends and implementing solutions for quality assurance initiatives
  • Completing daily documentation and clinical chart reviews
  • Overseeing staffing levels, work schedules and assignments for staff
  • Performing personnel management duties
  • Participating in recruiting, training, and development of staff

You'll Need To Have:

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a nursing home setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English
  • Familiar with federal and state laws governing long-term care
  • Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong physical assessment skills
