Lifeline Vascular Care in Tyler, TX is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for an immediate placement. The ideal candidate has 2 years of RN experience, preferably in dialysis or related areas, and holds an active state license. This full-time role supports pre- and post-procedure care in a fast-paced vascular access setting.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4 pm with a collaborative team and strong work‑life balance. Excellent patient care and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ RN experience preferably in dialysis, critical care, medical/surgical or ambulatory surgery.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing patient information to the interventionist and clinical team during procedures to deliver vascular access care.
• Assist in recovery room patient care following vascular access procedures.
• Gather patient clinical information prior to procedures including assessments and history.
• Maintain narcotic drug logs and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Communicate with dialysis facilities to monitor post-care as directed by center manager.
• Participate in community education activities and schedule patients for procedures.

Lifeline Vascular Care works with premier physician practices to develop and manage outpatient centers that provide focused and coordinated vascular access procedures to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Director of Nursing

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for immediate placement in our Tyler, TX location. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in general diagnostic, and special procedures, cardiac catheterization; experience in IR and Cath Lab is a plus.

The Director of Nursing will gather pre‑treatment patient data, monitor patient and medications during procedures, maintain prescription drug logs and provide assistance to the clinical team during pre and post procedure activities.

This is a challenging, fast‑pace job with Monday to Friday schedule, NO nights and weekend shifts. Access Center hours Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm. Our employees enjoy a great work/life balance and a highly supportive team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides ongoing patient information to the interventionist and clinical team during procedures to deliver vascular access care to the patient including but not limited to cardiac monitoring, aldrete score, pain status. Monitor patient vitals (HR, BP, O2Sat, EKG) during procedures
• Assist in recovery room patient care following vascular access procedures
• Gather patient clinical information prior to procedures including patient assessments and patient history
• Maintain up-to-date narcotic drug log
• Maintain clear and accurate patient medical records
• Communicate with dialysis facilities to monitor post‑care as directed by center manager
• Participate in access center community education programs
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies
• Assist in scheduling patients for vascular access procedures and provide assistance in transporting patients within the center
• Participate in community education activities regarding the Access Center

Experience

Registered Nurse : 2 years (Preferred)

Scrub: 1 year (Preferred)
