RN Director of Nursing (Finance)

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintains quality care as residents' needs evolve. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, to licensed nurses and other care staff within the community. The HWD level is based on the total complexity of the role, considering factors such as size, product lines, medication management, assessment requirements, licensure, regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.

Salary range: $66,940 - $85,270. Full-time associates are eligible for benefits and bonuses. Temporary staff may participate in 401(k).
