Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to your care team
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure accurate documentation using PointClickCare (EMR)
• Review physician orders and daily reports to maintain high-quality care
• Oversee medication administration and treatment plans
• Recruit, hire, and onboard clinical staff in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
• Lead during state and federal surveys and implement solutions
• Maintain compliance with ongoing training and licensure requirements

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Washington
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and development
