Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care and assess, plan, implement care per shift for assigned patients.
• Supervise staff to whom care is delegated; support CNO for quality and safe nursing care.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care according to safety, risk management, infection control standards; aim for optimum discharge and outcome.
• Coordinate planning of patient care within prescribed medical regimes.
• Perform Hospital Incident Command System responsibilities during emergencies.
