Job summary

Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care, assess, plan, and implement care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis, and supervise staff to whom care is delegated.

You will support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high‑quality, safe nursing care, maintain staff competency, manage resources, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑oriented workplace with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law; CPR.
• Preferred: BSN or MSN in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical patient care.
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift and unit.
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
• Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe nursing care and resource management.
• Performs related duties as required.
