Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis, part of the Tenet Healthcare family, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis, supervising staff and ensuring safe, high-quality nursing services. The role supports the CNO in resource management and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN with current state licensure/permit.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS required within 3 months for specified departments.
• CPI required within 3 months of hire.
• PALS required within 3 months for Emergency Dept. or Float Pool RNs.
• NRP required within 3 months for L&D/Mother/Baby/NICU.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or higher in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care for assigned patients utilizing multi-disciplinary approach.
• Develops plan of care for newly admitted patients and modifies as condition/needs change.
• Delivers designated nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care.
• Performs procedures in the specialty service area.
• Documents nursing care accurately and completely in all patient records.
• Performs related duties as required.
