Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis, a Tenet Healthcare facility, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical care on assigned shifts. The RN will supervise staff, coordinate multidisciplinary patient care, and ensure safe, high‑quality nursing delivery.

Strong knowledge of safety, infection control, and hospital policy is required. Qualifications include RN license in TN, BLS on hire, ACLS/PALS/NRP as specified, and recent acute‑care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in TN or compact state
• BLS certification required on hire
• ACLS within 3 months of hire for specified units
• PALS within 3 months of hire for Emergency Dept. and Float Pool roles
• NRP within 3 months for L&D/Mother/Baby and NICU

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Develops plan of care for newly admitted patients and updates as needed.
• Delivers nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records.
• Performs related duties as required.

Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing (preferred)

Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
