Job summary

Genesiscareers in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our long-term care team. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

We offer training for new nurses, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hours, flexible FT or PT schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
• CPR Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
