Pay range for this position is $32.61 - $49.28/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Care RN provides digital care to a diverse population of patients across OSF through technology in various environments. The Digital Care RN offers patient care including comprehensive symptom assessment, patient education, preventative care, acute psychosocial support, and individualized, age-appropriate care. Utilizes critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and clinical decision support to guide practice. Communicates continuously and collaborates with care team members, patients, and families to promote quality of care. Acts as a patient advocate and resource to other healthcare providers. Demonstrates service excellence and accountability by recognizing the relationship between cost-effective, efficient care and access to services.
Training and Orientation: This is a remote-working position at leadership's discretion after training and orientation are completed. The 5-week training includes 3 weeks on-site in Peoria, IL. Hotel accommodations are provided for nurses living 60+ miles away.
