Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct dialysis experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills in clinical/supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and reports (EHR).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure patient‑centered care.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies for dialysis.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• Support patients and families and address concerns.
• Prepare clinic performance reports and metrics.
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
