Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.
• Show us your leadership by adjusting assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses.

Salary Range

USD $37.25 - $42.75 /hr.

Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• A proud graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• There's a Registered Nurse license with your name on it!
• You’ve enjoyed at least two years of caring for people in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment. Healthcare, Hospitality, Nurse, Nursing, RN, Registered Nurse, SALSA
