Job summary

McLeod Health in Manning, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess patient needs, implement the Plan of Care, and perform hourly rounds with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care. You will contribute to the department’s growth within a large hospital system.

Fulfilling this role requires graduation from an accredited RN program, SC or compact multi-state licensure, and active BLS with unit-specific certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.

• Active Basic Life Support certification; unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data.
• Provide nursing interventions per Plan of Care and physician plans of care.
• Conduct Hourly Rounds using service excellence standards.
• Foster an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors.
• Contribute to department growth via hospital-system initiatives cultivating nursing involved Evidence Based Practices.
• Demonstrates continued professional growth through setting goals and participating in educational offerings.

• Contributes to the department growth and performance through hospital-system initiatives cultivating nursing involved Evidence Based Practices.
• Demonstrates continued professional growth through setting goals and participating in educational offerings.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 72 hours bi-weekly (DAYS) 7A-7P
