Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Proficiency with computers, software, and EMR systems.
• Ability to lead and delegate within the Interdisciplinary Team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the nursing process in patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources; leads the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Supports customer satisfaction and staff morale; adheres to nursing standards.
• Performs other related duties as required.
