Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred certification in clinical specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patient and family needs.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources on the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Uses data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Supports customer satisfaction and employee morale while advancing nursing practice.
• Performs other related duties as required.
