Experience in a specialty area(s) is preferred.
Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
Ability to provide leadership and solve complex problems.
Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Cerner EMR and EPIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with safety and adherence to protocols.
Monitor patient responses and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care.
