Job summary

Methodist Health System in Melissa, Texas, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12X3 Day shift in a fast-paced hospital environment. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and uphold high standards of safety and quality.

Required are Texas RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and PALS/ENPC (or equivalent) with at least 1 year RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Nursing training from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred.
• Current Nursing License to practice in the State of Texas.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS/ENPC certifications or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care and collaborate to improve patient experience.
• Maintain clear communication and build relationships to support patient outcomes.
