Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a clinical environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the care plan to the health care team.
• Develops nursing care plans by assessing patients, documenting status, and coordinating care with family and team.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, medications and self-care skills.
