Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
• Must possess basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance, initiate disciplinary actions, and prepare and complete performance evaluations for personnel.
• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Assist in the evacuation of residents during emergencies.

Education

Current, active RN license in the state
