Job summary

Mercy Fort Smith is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process, while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. You will coordinate care with multiple departments and uphold Mercy Service Standards on every shift.

The role is full-time with benefits and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for applicants with at least 1 year of experience; licensure must be current and ACLS/BLS current or obtained within probation.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
