St. Joseph Residence, a 50-bed skilled nursing facility in Wisconsin, seeks a compassionate RN for day shift to oversee resident medical needs, medication administration, and care planning in a faith-based setting.

The role includes collaborating with CNAs, other departments, and medical professionals to deliver high-quality care, with opportunities for new graduates to join the team.

Formación

• Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Reliability: Must be punctual, have reliable attendance, and a good work ethic.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Collaboration: Interpersonal skills and the ability to work and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
• Professional Representation: Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service while representing the St. Joseph Residence organization and communities.
• Standard Schedule: Requires every other weekend and alternating holiday schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all areas of resident medical needs, change of condition, and care follow-up.
• Implement resident care plans & educate staff on changes.
• Medication pass, treatments, evaluate for change of condition.
• Supervision of the nursing assistants on the unit fostering a teamwork approach.
• Work in collaboration with team members, resident, practitioners, and family members.
• Provide direct care to residents as needed.
• Responsible for timely and accurate charting in the Point Click Care medical record.
