Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. The day shift rotation includes every other weekend, with 12-hour shifts, providing patient-centered care in a secure correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Minimum2 years of clinical RN experience preferred.
• Experience in correctional/secure setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Coordinate patient care with healthcare team.
• Respond to emergencies with sound clinical judgment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Create a safe, patient-focused healthcare environment.
