• Observes, records, and reports patient status and responses to treatments.
• Oversees appointment scheduling and maintains smooth patient flow in the clinic.
• Greet patients, obtain health histories, take vitals, and perform nursing assessments.
• Educates patients and families about diagnostic processes, medications, nutrition, and wellness.
