Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate from an accredited school (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• RN license (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
• BLS certification (Instructor)
• Less than one year completion of nursing program with requisition clinical hours (Required)
• Direct patient care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting diversity.
• Partner with patient and family using appropriate communication methods and goals.
• Promotes teamwork, documentation, and shared governance in care delivery.
