Qualifications

• RN license required in Georgia (or Compact)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary rounds and effective handoffs.
• Document care thoroughly and timely to support safe patient outcomes
