Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse in Decatur, IL. You will provide compassionate nursing care, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients and families through education and support.

The role emphasizes adherence to nursing standards, patient safety, and care quality across shifts. A state RN license and BLS are required; a BSN is preferred, with a 36-hour work week and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Supervises assigned team members and ensures adherence to nursing standards of care and patient safety.
