Job summary

Avera Aberdeen Family Physicians in the United States is seeking an RN or LPN for a day-shift clinic role. You will provide professional nursing care under supervision, administer medications, coordinate patient care, and support a busy clinic team.

Sign-on bonuses are available: up to $10,000 for RN and up to $5,000 for LPN, plus student loan repayment assistance and career growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license appropriate to role (RN or LPN).
• Ability to deliver safe, patient-centered care in a clinic setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Coordinates patient care activities in the clinic.
• Prepares equipment and assists providers during procedures.
• Observes and reports patient condition and responses to treatment.
• Maintains timely flow of patients and greets patients for exams.
• Documents information in patient charts and conducts nursing assessments.
