Job summary

Brookridge Retirement Community in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an experienced full-time RN for the day shift. The RN delivers skilled nursing care, assessments, and interventions, administering medications and developing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The RN ensures resident safety and quality of life while complying with HIPAA and facility regulations. The position is essential, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and 12-hour day shifts (7am–7pm), Wed-Fri or Fri-Sun,

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Currently licensed or compact state RN and in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents per physician orders and policies.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions; report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments; document care in EHR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Participate in care conferences to ensure continuity and quality.
