Job summary

Fletcher Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Fletcher, NC is seeking Registered Nurses to join a growing Long-Term Care team. Night shift (7pm-7am) available on FT/PT/PRN schedules.

You will supervise staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of residents under established nursing policies and procedures. Ideal candidates hold a current RN license in North Carolina and appreciate LTC/SNF settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current State License as an RN
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure health and safety of residents.
• Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and nursing policies and procedures.

Night Shift 7pm-7am

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
