Job summary

Fletcher Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Fletcher, NC is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for day shift coverage. You will supervise staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of Residents under your care in accordance with nursing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include overseeing care delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting a collaborative team committed to resident well-being. A valid RN license and prior LTC/SNF experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current State License as an RN Registered Nurse.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff and safeguarding the health, safety, and welfare of Residents under care in line with nursing policies and procedures.

Summary/Objective:
