AdventHealth in Louisville, CO is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our inpatient team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN license, BLS CPR. 1+ year of medical office experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational and teaching skills essential to advocate for patients and families.

Formación

• RN license required
• BLS CPR certification required
• 1+ medical office experience preferred
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data.
• Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
• Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
• Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching.
