Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse in Alpharetta, GA to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will operate within organizational policies, maintain high standards, and coordinate care across assigned staff.

The role requires GA RN licensure, BCLS, and optional advanced certifications; new graduates welcome with opportunities for growth and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required
• New graduates eligible for PRN positions; no experience required
• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred
• 1 year in hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse license in GA required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty if applicable (see addendum)

Addendum

• Surgical Services: Additional Required Certifications: PreOp/PACU/ENDO/CSU - ACLS; PALS if unit provides care to pediatric patients (Nurse Residents or nurses new to specialty will complete applicable certifications within 6 months of start date) OR - BLS required only within 180 Days Required
